1. Who we are
Zeyn (“we”, “us”) is a small studio based in Dubai, UAE that builds websites and sets up Google and social profiles for local businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. Contact: hello@bezeyn.co.
2. What we collect
- When you contact us (WhatsApp, email, or a contact form): your name, business name, phone number, email and whatever you write to us.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up.
- Business information you share or that is publicly available (e.g. your Google profile, menu, photos) so we can build your preview.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may log IP address, browser type and pages visited.
We don't ask for sensitive data (health, religion, ID numbers) and we don't need it.
3. How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare your free preview.
- To deliver and support the services you choose.
- To send invoices and keep basic business records.
- To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe any time.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for up to 12 months if we don't end up working together, and client records for as long as needed for the work and as long as required by UAE law, including legal and accounting requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email hello@bezeyn.co and we'll reply within 30 days.
8. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method online is 100% secure.
